Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and fix it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
